Combnote: Beekeeper Journal

Combnote is an offline beekeeper journal for hobby and small-scale beekeepers. Log each hive inspection in seconds at the apiary, keep track of queens, treatments and honey harvests, and keep your records safe.

AN ALL-OK CHECK IN 2 TAPS

Tap Quick check on a hive card, then Save. The sheet starts at all good: queen or eggs seen, good brood, enough stores, calm bees. Change any chip before saving. Large controls work with gloves on.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

See your hives by apiary, with days since the last inspection and a clear due or overdue colour.

Write a detailed inspection: frames of bees, brood and honey frames, boxes, queen cells, swarm signs, temper, weather, notes and up to 6 photos.

Backdate entries and fill in last week's inspections in the evening.

Log one inspection, treatment, feeding or mite check for several hives at once. Each record can still be edited on its own.

Track every queen: year, marking colour, origin and line, plus past queens through requeening, splits and swarms.

Keep treatment, feeding, mite check and harvest records. Mite results are shown per 100 bees or as drop per day, compared with a threshold you set.

Plan tasks such as Add super or Remove strips for a hive or an apiary.

Choose your hive type, kg or lb, and a high-contrast sun mode for bright days.

FREE AND PRO

Free covers up to 10 active hives and 2 apiaries with unlimited inspections, batch logging, queen history, all logs, photos and tasks. Dead out, sold or combined hives don't count. CSV export, full backup and restore are always free.

Pro adds unlimited hives and apiaries, custom inspection fields, task reminders, a PDF hive record card, a season PDF report and season statistics. Buy Pro once as a lifetime unlock, or choose the yearly option. If Pro ends, all your data stays viewable and editable.

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE

Combnote works without a connection, and there is no account to create. Your records stay on your device, photos are copied into the app, and you can save a full backup file to your own cloud storage at any time.

Combnote does not recommend products or doses. Treatment entries are your own notes.
